These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sappar Studio software and the sapparstudio.com website (the "Service"), operated by Carrier-Nation LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sappar Studio is currently in beta. The software is provided on an as-is basis for testing and evaluation purposes. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Beta license keys are issued for a limited duration and grant access to pre-release software.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sappar Studio for personal or commercial book typesetting. You may not:
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Early supporter purchases include a lifetime Pro license delivered upon full release. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@sapparstudio.com.
Sappar Studio, its name, logo, and all related materials are the property of Carrier-Nation LLC. Content you create using the software remains yours. We claim no ownership over your documents, manuscripts, or exported files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrier-Nation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
