Refund Policy

Sappar Studio products

Our 14-day refund policy applies to eligible paid products sold directly by Sappar Studio, including:

• Sappar Studio Pro
• Add-ons created and sold by Sappar Studio
• Other eligible digital products sold directly by Sappar Studio

The 14-day period begins when your payment is successfully completed.

If we receive your request within that period, the eligible purchase will be refunded to the original payment method.

Sappar Studio Core does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund for its use.

Sappar Bazaar products

Sappar Bazaar allows creators to offer digital products such as:

• Typefaces
• Ornaments
• Drop caps
• Chapter designs
• Templates
• Illustrations
• Other digital creative assets

Because these products are created and sold by individual creators, their refund terms may differ from Sappar Studio’s standard 14-day policy.

The refund terms that apply to a Bazaar item are displayed on that item’s product page before you purchase it. Please review those terms before completing your order.

If a Bazaar purchase cannot be accessed, is defective, is materially different from what was offered, or you experience another problem with the transaction, contact Sappar Studio support and we will help investigate the issue.

Nothing in a creator’s refund terms removes any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Requesting a refund

For an eligible Sappar Studio purchase, contact support@sapparstudio.com.

Please include:

• The email address associated with your Sappar account
• The product or order you would like refunded
• Any information reasonably necessary for us to identify the transaction

You do not need to explain why you are requesting a refund.

We may ask for additional information only when necessary to locate, verify, or process the purchase.

For a Sappar Bazaar item, refer first to the refund terms shown on that product’s page.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once Sappar submits the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. Those processing times are outside our control.

What happens after a refund

When a paid product is refunded, access to that product, add-on, license, or other associated entitlement may be removed.

A refund does not, by itself, close your Sappar account or affect your ability to use Sappar Studio Core.

Your manuscripts, books, and other work remain yours.

Purchases through other platforms

This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through Sappar Studio and Sappar Bazaar.

If a Sappar product is purchased through an app store, reseller, third-party marketplace, or another platform, refunds may need to be requested through that provider and may be subject to its own procedures.

After 14 days

The standard refund period for eligible Sappar Studio products ends 14 calendar days after purchase.

If something has gone wrong after that period, contact us anyway.

If you were incorrectly charged, did not receive what you purchased, cannot access your purchase, or believe there is another problem with the transaction, we will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

The 14-day policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Fraud and misuse

We may investigate or decline refund requests involving suspected fraud, repeated refund abuse, manipulated transactions, or other misuse, subject to applicable law.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
