Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a paid Sappar Studio license isn't the right fit, you can request a refund within 14 days — no hassle.
The short version: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Email support@sapparstudio.com and we'll take care of it.
What's Covered
This refund policy applies to all paid purchases made through sapparstudio.com, including:
- Sappar Studio paid licenses — one-time purchase licenses
- Rent-to-own payments — monthly installment plans, if applicable
- Additional activation slots — per-device add-ons ($10 per slot)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. The purchase date is the day your payment was successfully processed — this is shown on your Stripe receipt and in your Sappar Studio dashboard.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@sapparstudio.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Sappar Studio account.
- We'll confirm your request and process the refund, usually within 2 business days.
You don't need to provide a reason, but we always appreciate feedback — it helps us improve the product.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After 14 days — requests submitted after the 14-day window has closed.
- Terms violations — accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, including abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
- Platform incompatibility — Sappar Studio is currently available for macOS only. It is your responsibility to verify that your device meets the system requirements before purchasing. We do not issue refunds on the basis that your device is unsupported.
- Chargebacks — if you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us, your account may be terminated. Please reach out to us first — we're happy to help.
Rent-to-Own Refunds
If you're on a rent-to-own plan (12 monthly payments), refund eligibility applies to each individual payment within 14 days of that payment being processed. You may also cancel your plan at any time — no further payments will be charged, but previous payments are non-refundable after their respective 14-day windows.
Promotional Discounts
If you purchased using an Earn Your Upgrade discount, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid (the discounted price), not the full retail price. Discount credits used in the purchase will be restored to your account upon refund.
