Earn Your Upgrade — Terms & Conditions

The "Earn Your Upgrade" promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Sappar Studio ("we," "us," or "our") and allows eligible users to earn a discount toward the purchase of Sappar Studio Pro by sharing content about Sappar Studio on eligible social media platforms. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
- Be a registered Sappar beta user with an active account in good standing
- Have a publicly accessible account on at least one eligible platform (TikTok, X, or Reddit)
- Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any of the above of Sappar Studio or any of its affiliates
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
2. Promotion Period
This Promotion is temporary and may be ended, modified, or suspended at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Any discount credits earned and approved prior to the end of the Promotion will be honored for the duration of their validity period.
3. How to Participate
To earn a discount:
- Publish a post about Sappar Studio on TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), or Reddit
- The post must mention Sappar Studio by name and be publicly visible at the time of submission and review. For X mention @SapparStudio in your post.
- Submit your post link and a screenshot clearly showing the post and its like or upvote count through the submission form on your Sappar dashboard
- Wait for our team to manually review your submission
You may submit one post per eligible platform, for a maximum of three total submissions across all platforms.
4. Post Requirements
Submitted posts must:
- Be published by you on your own account
- Mention Sappar Studio by name, on X mention @SapparStudio
- Be genuine, original content — not purchased, artificially inflated, or otherwise manipulated
- Be publicly visible at the time of submission and at the time of review
- Remain live for a minimum of 7 days following submission
- Not violate the terms of service of the platform on which they are posted
- Not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us at our sole discretion
We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet these requirements or that we determine, in our sole discretion, does not represent a genuine, organic post.
5. Discount Tiers
Approved submissions are eligible for a discount based on the like or upvote count visible in the submitted screenshot at the time of review:

The discount tier is determined at the time of our review based on the screenshot you provide. We do not retroactively adjust discount amounts based on subsequent changes to like or upvote counts.
6. Discount Stacking
Discounts earned from separate platforms may be combined. For example, a $20 discount earned from TikTok and a $10 discount earned from X may be applied together for a total of $30 off. The maximum combined discount across all platforms is $149, regardless of total likes accumulated.
7. Discount Validity
Approved discount credits are valid for 90 days from the date of approval. Credits that are not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated. We are not responsible for expired credits and will not provide extensions.
8. Redemption
Discount credits are applied at checkout when purchasing Sappar Pro and are reflected in the final price shown at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation. Credits may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated.
9. Resubmissions
If your submission is denied, you may submit one replacement post for that platform, provided you have not already used a resubmission for that platform. The denial reason will be provided to you. We are under no obligation to approve any resubmission.
10. Review Process
All submissions are reviewed manually by our team. We aim to complete reviews within 24–48 hours but do not guarantee any specific review timeline. Our decisions regarding approval, denial, and discount tier assignment are final and made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to enter into correspondence regarding individual review decisions.
11. Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to manipulate, inflate, or falsify like counts, upvote counts, or any other submission metric — including through the use of bots, purchased engagement, follow-for-follow schemes, or any other artificial means — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any earned credits, and may result in suspension or termination of your Sappar account. We reserve the right to take legal action where applicable.
12. Platform Independence
This Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or administered by TikTok, X Corp, Reddit, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Promotion should be directed to us, not to the platforms. By participating, you release each applicable platform from any liability related to this Promotion.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the terms of service of the platform on which you post. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of those platforms, including account suspensions, content removal, or policy enforcement actions taken by those platforms.
13. Intellectual Property
By submitting a post as part of this Promotion, you confirm that the content is your own original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant Sappar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reference, display, or share your post for promotional purposes, with attribution to your account.
14. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We reserve the right to modify the discount tiers, eligibility criteria, submission requirements, or any other aspect of this Promotion at any time. Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sappar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in this Promotion, including but not limited to: technical failures, errors in the submission or review process, expired credits, changes to social media platform policies, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Texas.
